Create a small UI illustration for the state no search results in a note-taking app. Feature one original round mint owl mascot performing looking thoughtfully through with one simple magnifying glass. Use mint, navy and warm white colors, friendly restrained emotion, a clean rounded 2D illustration style and an uncluttered composition. Place the illustration in the upper center and leave the bottom 30 percent empty for explanatory text added later. Plain light background, clear silhouette, simple shapes readable at small display size. The character should feel supportive rather than distressed. No generated text, numbers, logos, interface screenshot or watermark.
