Create an original flat 2D mascot concept for a developer tool, inspired by a small owl holding one simple square card. Use bold geometric shapes, a distinctive compact silhouette, simple curious and friendly facial features and a palette of navy, turquoise and white. Show one complete character with minimal internal detail and consistent outline thickness. Clean vector-like edges, solid fills and no gradients. Center the character with generous padding on a plain white background. Keep it clear at small sizes and reserve space around the silhouette for later placement in a brand layout. No text, letters, embedded logo, drop shadow, mockup or watermark.
